Born and based in NYC. An educator, an artist, but above all a dabbler. Ash is a multi-hyphenate and proud jack of all trades, master of none. Their art practice extends between and beyond food, paper arts, poetry, bookmaking, various photographic processes, drag and performance of an indeterminate nature alongside significant professional work in education. Learning and curiosity guide all that they do/make/seek coupled with an unceasing desire to rebuke traditional and linear modes of art making.
